Poetry of the Weeping Eagle

Amidst the sky so high, an eagle weeps, His mighty wings spread wide, his spirit sinks and dips. Once fierce and proud, now heavy with woe, He soars above the earth, where shadows grow. He sees the sun in the distance, setting in the west, A symbol of hope, now put to the test. The evil on the earth, a sight to behold, A tale of sorrow, pain and cold. His tears fall like rain, a silent plea, For the world to change, to live in harmony. But alas, the eagle's cries fall on deaf ears, As the darkness on the earth, continues to smear. Yet still, the eagle flies, against the tide, A beacon of hope, in a world full of pride. For even in his sorrow, he remains so brave, A true hero, who will always pave the way.</s>
